Jicra is a very small JavaApplet, that presents an IRC channel as chat room, but doesn't try to look like a typical IRC program in any way. It tries to be the smallest possible applet for that task, by providing only the most minimal functionality, while at the same time being very easy to use.
The applet and the sources are available for free under the terms and conditions of the GPL and its further Development takes place on the SourceForge servers.
